Our plans
Fledge maintains a strategic focus and direction to its planning and business operations through the periodic development and revision of a Five-year Business Strategy and Strategic Business Plan. This document sets a series of aims, objectives, goals and targets which seek to enable Fledge to achieve the aspirations of the Trustees as to where they want to see Fledge develop and the range of services and provisions which it will seek to offer to service users over the ensuing five-year period. This Strategy also enables Fledge to assess the resources (accommodation, office space, finance, staff, volunteers and other equipment and resources) which it will need to achieve its goals, and to plan for the fundraising and other income sources required to fund these.
