Fledge is an exciting and developing charity offering accommodation and support to homeless and vulnerable people across the Eastleigh Borough.

Support Worker

We are now looking to recruit a dynamic and self-motivated Support Worker (Supported Housing) – Full Time to provide 1:1 and group support to men and women (aged 18-35)

living in our supported houses.

Salary: £27,577- £29,118 (pro rata, depending on experience)

Location: Central Eastleigh

Hours: Core onsite hours 37.5 to include Monday (some out of hours and on call required)

Join our dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of homeless and vulnerable young adults.

You will help our residents in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life through person-led support.

We are looking for people with:

• Experience of 1:1 work & developing support plans with vulnerable people

• Knowledge and understanding of homelessness

• An ability to work within and promote the Christian ethos of the project

An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful applicant
