Fledge is an exciting and developing charity offering accommodation and support to homeless and vulnerable young adults across Eastleigh Borough.

Support Worker

We are now looking to recruit dynamic and self-motivated Support Workers (Supported Housing) – Full Time or Part Time to provide 1:1 and group support to men and women (aged 18-35) living in our supported houses.

Salary: £27,577- £29,118 (pro rata, depending on experience) Location: Central Eastleigh Hours: Core onsite hours 22.5 - 37.5 to include Monday (some out of hours and on call required)

Join our dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of homeless and vulnerable young adults.

You will help our residents in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life through person-led support.

We are looking for people with:

• Experience of 1:1 work & developing support plans with vulnerable people

• Knowledge and understanding of homelessness

• An ability to work within and promote the Christian ethos of the project

An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful applicant
