Fledge supports young people in Eastleigh who are facing homelessness or need help preparing for independent living. We provide safe accommodation alongside practical and emotional support to help young people build confidence, develop life skills, and move forward with their lives.

Our team works closely with each young person to help them gain the skills they need to live independently, access education or employment, and feel part of their community. Through accommodation, mentoring, and community activities, we aim to create a supportive environment where young people can grow, feel valued, and take positive steps towards their future.
