Volunteering

Are you interested in volunteering at Fledge?

At Fledge, our volunteers play a vital role in helping young people build confidence, independence, and stability. By giving a little of your time, you can help create real and lasting change in the lives of vulnerable young adults who may have experienced homelessness, isolation, trauma, or difficult life circumstances.

We believe that everyone deserves a safe place to call home, supportive relationships, and the opportunity to move forward positively. Whether it’s helping prepare a room for a new resident, supporting a drop-in session, lending a hand at an event, or simply offering a friendly face and conversation, every act of support makes a difference.

We offer a variety of volunteering opportunities on an ongoing basis, with flexible roles to suit different skills, interests, and availability. At the same time, we also love welcoming people who can offer more ad-hoc support — whether that’s helping out at activities and events, or giving a few spare hours whenever you can.

No matter how much time you’re able to give, volunteering with Fledge is an opportunity to be part of something meaningful, support your local community, and help young people feel valued, supported, and hopeful about their future.
