Care and support
At Fledge, we provide a wide range of support to help our residents build confidence, independence, and life skills in a safe and nurturing environment. Residents can take part in creative and practical sessions such as cooking, learning about nutrition, crafts, DIY projects, and graffiti art, alongside social activities like board games and regular outings that encourage independence.
Our Fledge Music programme offers a safe and inclusive space for residents to explore their emotions and express themselves through the power of music. Physical wellbeing is promoted through our Fledge Active activities, including walks, badminton, and tennis, while free haircuts and one-to-one support ensure personal care and tailored guidance. We also provide practical life support, including access to the sexual health clinic, employment workshops, CV writing assistance, volunteering opportunities, and drop-in sessions where residents can relax, socialise, and connect with others.
Every activity and session is designed to empower our residents and help them move towards stable, independent living.
Over the past year, several residents have made significant progress in their personal development and housing journeys. A number have begun attending counselling, taking important steps toward improving their mental health and emotional wellbeing.
