Fledge supports young adults aged 18–35 in Eastleigh who are facing homelessness or need help preparing for independent living. We currently provide accommodation across 7 shared houses and 12 self-contained flats, offering a safe and supportive place for people to rebuild stability and plan their next steps.

Alongside accommodation, our team provides practical and emotional support to help residents build confidence, develop life skills, and move towards independent living. Through mentoring, activities, and one-to-one support, we aim to create a community where people feel valued, supported, and able to move forward with their lives.
