Support Worker

We are currently on the look out for a Support Worker.

Fledge is an exciting and developing charity offering accommodation and support to homeless and vulnerable people across Eastleigh Borough.

We are now looking to recruit a dynamic and self-motivated Support Worker (Supported Housing) – Full Time and/or Part Time to provide 1:1 and group support to men and women (aged 18-35) living in our supported houses.

Salary: £26,619- £28,106 (pro rata, depending on experience) Location: Central Eastleigh

Hours: Core onsite hours 37.5 or min 22.5 hours to include Monday (some out of hours and on call required)

Join our dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of homeless and vulnerable young adults.

You will help our residents in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life through person-led support.

We are looking for people with:

• Experience of 1:1 work & developing support plans with vulnerable people

• Knowledge and understanding of homelessness

• An ability to work within and promote the Christian ethos of the project

An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful applicant.

Service Manager - Support

We are now looking to recruit a Service Manager - Support to oversee and manage our support services including our team of Support Workers

Salary: £37,400 per annum Location: Central Eastleigh
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri 9-5pm)

Join our dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of homeless and vulnerable young adults.

You will provide effective management of the support work team and play a key role in the running and development of support services.

We are looking for people who are:

• Well organised and self-motivated.
• Warm, charismatic and enthusiastic.
• Able to work within and promote the Christian ethos of the organisation

A DBS check will be required for the successful applicant
