Last month we were delighted to host our official open evening. This event was held to say thank you to our supporters and demonstrate how their support has led to us moving in to the Fledge Hub and increasing the support we can offer young people in Eastleigh.

Our residents played a key role in the evening, by cooking food for the guests, providing treats to take away, giving tours of the building and supporting an activity, such as adding their memories to our blackboard wall.

The Open Evening represented a new era for Fledge, as we have previously used different spaces for our resident activities and office spaces, such as Elim church and One Community. Now all our office spaces and resident activities can take place in one central ‘hub’ on the High Street in Eastleigh. It is our hope that our new space, along with our new branding will increase awareness of our charity and increase supporters at the same time.
