Located in Leigh Road, the newly acquired office premises provide the growing Charity with considerable additional space and flexibility to continue to manage and expand its accommodation and support services to otherwise homeless and vulnerable young adults in the Borough.

Commenting on the move, Nerissa Dean, Fledge’s Operations Manager explained. “As a growing charity, responding to the continuing demand for accommodation and support for young people in the area, we have simply outgrown our first office in Pirelli Way. We now have seven staff, who need office space, and somewhere to meet as a team, as well as ensuring we have quiet space for managers and private areas to meet with and support our service users. We have also needed somewhere where we can hold training sessions and even host our Trustee Board Meetings! These new premises are an ideal base for us to further develop our organisation and consolidate the support we give to the many in the Borough who need and value our services.”
