Some of our residents will be moving on over the next couple of months, and we will be welcoming new people to take their place.
- Pray that we will be successful in finding homes for those who are due to leave and that the girls would be excited about the change.
- Pray for the team as we ensure that the moves are stress free and well supported.
- Pray for the mentors that they will have wisdom as they guide the girls in their next steps and support them as they become more independent.
- Pray for the new residents, that they will settle in quickly and be keen to embrace the help and support that is offered.

We want to welcome Alison to the team who is our new support worker. Her appointment will spread the work load much more evenly and provide welcome respite for Natasha and Nerissa who have been shouldering everything so far.
- Pray that Alison will settle quickly into her new role and become a valuable member of the team.
- As we advertise for a new Mentor Coordinator, pray that we will have a lot of interest and be able to find the right person for the post.
- Thank God that we have been able to welcome a new Trustee to the board. We still need others to join us, especially if they have experience with marketing or funding

|
In order to be sustainable, we need to be able to secure regular funding so that we can continue to do the work.
- Pray that Nerissa will find time to make the applications for funding bids, and that they would be successful.
- Thank God for the generous donations from individuals and churches that are vital for keeping Fledge running.

We are still considering a social enterprise and are in discussions with people who are interested in taking this forward. Pray that these talks would be fruitful and that the right initiative will present itself.
As we look forward to the next five years, pray that God will guide the Trustees as they make decisions about the future, and that His will will be done.

Ways you can support Fledge:
|
|
|
|
Fledge needs around £85,000 a year to run. The first few years, until we establish a good track record, are the hardest to raise.
40 people giving £25 a month would ensure the future of our Project Manager for 6 months.
6 churches donating £1,000 would cover the training and support of our mentors for a year
£11 provides one night's accomodation |
