Lead Support Worker Update

I am excited to have recently started working for Fledge as the Lead Support Worker (currently the only support worker!) I have a background in children and youth work, most recently with those who are Looked After and Care Leavers.

It has been a very busy few months for Fledge. The completion of the house has been celebrated with many people joining us for the official launch. We have successfully employed a Lead Support Worker who is settling in well.
